Evaluate your technical skills,
control and posture on the bike
We use the latest technology and sports science to define the most suitable test protocols and analyse the files in great detail.
The collection and analysis of power, heart rate and cadence data is correlated with the technical analysis of our coaches.

They have carried out tests with the RCS
The presence of a coach during the ride helps concentration.
The athlete already has to put in a lot of energy to try to make a maximum effort, so having someone by your side who manages the route, the timing and all the sequences is very valuable. The bonus is of course the constant encouragement and feedback !
Ahhh... the RCS tests with Loïc.
It's a must for the calibration of the past and future season.
The day and the hour fixed, I think about it with desire and apprehension the week before.
Once on the bike with Loïc, the pre-test stress gives way to the desire to do well.
The coach, I respect his work and my motivation in his presence is no longer a variable: it is at its best!
The only thing left is the form of the day, which is random, contrary to the physical baggage patiently built up over 3 years (?) with Pierre & Loïc
A few basic reminders during the warm-up so as not to confuse speed with haste, and off we go!
10'', 30'', 1', 5' 30'
70rpm, 100rpm
The journey in the red zone is very quickly above 7/10 and inevitably ends... at the end of your life.
The rest of the course is the happy interlude at the end of the ordeal and the opportunity for a hot debriefing before the formalized test report.
The latter arrives a few days after the test.
It is an opportunity to compare it with the previous year(s)
It also allows the coach to set the schedule and the points to be worked on in order to achieve the future objectives.
As they say about good craftsmen: good work !
